Shipping/Working Orders
We ship straight from the farm. Once we have enough orders to fill a truck load we can ship. Most orders require a minimum of 20 trees to offset the cost of transport. Please be patient with your order status as we are trying to bring you the lowest prices on palm trees in the Austin area. Most orders take 5-20 days to fulfill. If you purchase 20 or more trees we can ship directly to you. Please call for details on direct shipments.
Delivery and Pickup
Trees are typically delivered on Monday thru Friday, and you can pick up between 10am and 1pm at the St. Patrick's church parking lot. We will text you when your order is on the way. You will probably need to schedule a 3rd party, like A&B installers-see installer page, to pick up the trees and load them into your trailer. These trees weight anywhere from 400lbs to one ton!
Discounts and Specials
Any Specials, flash sales, discounts are sold as is from our current inventory or directly from the farm with no special cuts, trims, shipping specifications, etc.
